Located in the heart of Pakoštane, just 250 meters from the beach, Apartments Tri Ferala are the perfect choice for those who want to enjoy an authentic Dalmatian atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet just a step away from the sea, nature, and local attractions offered by the Zadar region!
What awaits you at Apartments Tri Ferala:
The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and can accommodate up to 5 guests. It features two bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200) and a private bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms also includes an extra bed suitable for a child up to 12 years old. Bed linen, towels, toilet paper, and a hairdryer are provided.
There is no separate living room; instead, the dining area serves as the central space, equipped with a TV and air conditioning that cools the entire apartment. Free WiFi is available.
The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation and includes a refrigerator with a small freezer, stovetop, microwave, electric kettle, filter coffee machine, and kitchenware. Please note that a dishwasher is not available.
A washing machine is located in a shared area of the house and can be used between 9:00 and 20:00.
Exterior:
The covered balcony offers a comfortable space to relax, furnished with a table and seating, and features partial views of the sea, the village, and the garden. The balcony is shared with one other apartment but is separated by a partition to ensure privacy.
Each apartment comes with one parking space located approximately 15 meters from the property. The parking is not covered but is spacious enough for larger vehicles, including vans.
Grocery store and bakery are just 10 meters away, while the beach is only a short 250-meter walk. Pakoštane is known for its relaxed atmosphere, proximity to the sea, and natural attractions such as Lake Vrana and Kornati National Park.
Check-in is possible from 15:00-19:00, and check-out is until 09:00. Pets are welcome. Smoking is allowed only in outdoor areas. Parties and events are not permitted to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests.
